“We have employed Navigation Security Services for the provision of manned guarding since we set up at Abercynon in 2011. We have found their services to be totally reliable and supportive, they provide the out of hours cover through weekends and have “at the drop of a hat” provided site security cover during periods of duress and unforeseen issues. For example during the massive snowfall in 2017 we had to close the site part way through a mid-week afternoon shift. Navigation provided the onsite manned cover to protect the site within an hour of our request and continued with this cover throughout the extended period of the inclement weather until we were able to safely return to work. Their onsite officers are always courteous and will go the extra mile to provide the support. We had an issue with an external blocked drain which flooded the top end of our factory, the officer called for help but under his own volition had moved all materials and equipment to a safe area thus protecting and minimising the potential damages we may have incurred.
